A happpy and meaningful milestone: I’ve just received my Mentoring Certificate from Femme Palette!

When I joined the program, I knew I wanted to give back -to support someone navigating their professional journey. What I didn’t expect was how much I would gain in return. Mentoring through Femme Palette has been a truly enriching experience -full of honest conversations, shared challenges, and inspiring moments of growth (for both of us!).
