5 years as Managing Director at Plan Of Business

After almost 5 years as Managing Director at Plan Of Business Accounting Services and Seminars, I've been thinking all these days about how this journey has unfolded (and of course how excited I am for the future).

Starting tentatively in December 2020 and officially in January 21, undertaking the #rebranding of Plan of Business, creating Plan Career by Plan of Business with Georgios Englezakis and simultaneously running projects during lockdown and afterwards throughout Europe, the changes and challenges were many.

And very often, my #mentees & my #coachees ask me, how? How did you manage so many changes and manage so many different roles?

I take my time to understand what each situation requires of me. I research, read, ask questions, and move forward with steady steps.

When I don't know something, I ask. We weren't born knowing everything, so a question can save us hours of extra work.

I don't stop researching the market. I read articles & books, attend events, and stay informed about my industry.

I'm not shy. If there's something that interests me, you'll contact the person(s) responsible to ask for information or express my interest.

I maintain and grow my network. With #Linkedin , with events and speeches, with a simple email, I declare my presence.

#careerdevelopment and its management is not a simple or easy task, but it is a necessary prerequisite for our positive path.
