Five years as Managing Director at Plan Of Business

After almost five years as Managing Director at Plan Of Business Accounting Services and Seminars, I’ve been reflecting on this journey and, of course, how excited I am for the future.

Starting on a trial basis in December 2020 and officially in January 2021, taking on the #rebranding of Plan of Business, creating Plan Career by Plan of Business together with Georgios Englezakis, and running projects during lockdown and afterwards across Europe, the changes and challenges have been many.

Quite often, my #mentees and #coachees ask me: How? How did you manage all these changes and handle so many different roles?

I take the time to understand what each situation requires. I research, read, ask questions, and move forward with steady steps.

When I don’t know something, I ask. We weren’t born knowing everything, and one question can save us hours of extra work.

I never stop exploring the market. I read articles and books, attend events, and stay informed about my industry.

I don’t hesitate. If something interests me, I reach out to the relevant people to request information or express my interest.

I maintain and grow my network. Through #LinkedIn, events, and speaking engagements, or even a simple email, I make sure I’m present.

#Careerdevelopment and its management isn’t simple or easy, but it’s a necessary prerequisite for a positive trajectory in our professional journey.
