Gathering of the ReGeneration Early Talent HR Network

I had the pleasure of participating in yet another dynamic gathering of the ReGeneration Early Talent HR Network – an initiative that continues to grow and bring together HR professionals with new voices who bring fresh energy and perspective.

We were joined by the ReGenerators, young professionals from all over Greece, who shared ideas, concerns, and proposals with courage and maturity. Our discussions were meaningful, thoughtful, and emotional.

We talked about:

● perceptions around Generation Z and how we can bridge generational gaps in the workplace

● the importance of motivation and engagement in multigenerational teams

● resilience and adapting to change

● the need to redefine “loyalty” and the value in the human–organization relationship

● how we can create spaces where everyone feels they belong

Leaving the event, I felt inspired and optimistic about the future. Every time we meet young people who share their thoughts and passion, I am reminded why I love what I do: because HR and entrepreneurship are rooted in people, connection, and continuous growth.
