Compass Cycle by Athens Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation

Every cycle that comes to an end leaves behind experiences, relationships, and inspiration.

Yesterday marked the completion of the Compass Cycle, an entrepreneurship program by the Athens Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, which gave me the opportunity to stand alongside young, talented individuals taking their first steps in the world of entrepreneurship.

From our very first meeting, I realized that this generation of entrepreneurs is unlike any before it. They are not afraid to challenge what is established. They do not hesitate to say “I don’t know” and actively seek the answers. And most importantly, they see entrepreneurship not only as a tool for personal growth but also as a means of driving social change.

The ideas that emerged throughout the program were innovative not only in terms of technology, but also in mindset, values, and perspective on the future.

As a mentor, I felt truly privileged to engage with people standing at such a creative crossroads, striving to balance dream and realism, passion and strategy, uncertainty and self-belief.

I am grateful for the trust shown to me by the team and the Athens Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, for the honest conversations, the questions that challenged my thinking, and every small or big moment of guidance.

The Compass Cycle may have come to an end, but I am certain that the journeys of all who participated are only just beginning. And I will be following their progress with joy.
