Event on Pay Equality – Equal Pay for All (EqPay4all)I am delighted to participate as a speaker at the event of IEK European Progress, on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 17:30, where the results of the EqPay4all program will be presented, along with the platform and educational material created to promote pay equality and equal participation in the workplace.

In my talk titled “From Theory to Practice: Empowering through Equality Strategies,” I will share practical ideas and tools on how organizations, leaders, and employees can transform the values of equality into concrete actions that bring meaningful change.
